Smarter Shifts.
Stronger Margins.
ShiftIQ is an AI-powered operational intelligence platform for UK hospitality. We unify shift scheduling, staff performance, sales, waste and delivery-platform data into one system, so shift managers know exactly who to staff, when, and why, before the shift even starts.

Validated ROI Across UK Hospitality Operators
Modelled across UK QSR, casual dining and multi-site franchise operators, ShiftIQ's scheduling engine and correlation model are built to deliver measurable margin protection, not theoretical projections.
One Platform. Every Shift Decision.
ShiftIQ links POS systems, aggregator platforms and staff rotas into one closed-loop operational platform, diagnosing labour and waste inefficiency before it erodes margin, not after.
AI Shift Scheduling Engine
Automatically builds optimised rotas by analysing predicted demand, historical sales and live staff availability at shift-level granularity.
Real-Time Performance Intelligence
Tracks sales-per-hour, upsell rates and task completion live on the shift floor, not in a report after the shift has ended.
Unified Aggregator Sales Analytics
Consolidates Deliveroo, Uber Eats and Just Eat data alongside dine-in and takeaway sales into one live operational view.
Stock & Waste Optimisation
Flags ingredients trending toward overuse and recommends reorder quantities calibrated to predicted demand, not fixed thresholds.
Shift-Level Correlation Engine
Explains why a shift performed the way it did by linking staffing, waste, delivery demand and revenue outcomes.
Compliance & Checklist Automation
Digitises opening, closing and food-safety checklists with timestamped completion and real-time alerts on missed tasks.
Built Exclusively for UK Hospitality SMEs
Predictive, Not Reactive
Our models flag margin-negative windows before they damage the P&L, instead of just reporting labour and waste costs after the shift ends.
UK-Trained Intelligence
Models trained on National Living Wage bands, UK aggregator commission behaviour and regional labour-cost averages, hyper-localised for the British market.
A Defensible Data Moat
Every shift, every rota and every outcome strengthens the correlation engine: intelligence that competitors cannot simply copy or buy.
SME-First Pricing
Tiered SaaS pricing from just £35/site/month gives independent operators the same intelligence multinational chains rely on.
Platform-Agnostic
Sits above Deliveroo, Uber Eats, Just Eat, Square, Lightspeed and Epos Now, with no need to replace your existing tech stack.
Mobile-First for Shift Managers
Live, prescriptive intelligence delivered on the shift floor, not locked away in a desktop dashboard for head office only.
Real Shifts. Real Pressure. Real Results.
ShiftIQ is designed around what actually happens during service, not a boardroom idea of what hospitality operations look like.

Turning Fragmented Shift Data Into Predictive Operational Intelligence
ShiftIQ UK Ltd is an AI-powered SaaS company transforming workforce management and operational efficiency in UK hospitality, unifying scheduling, performance, sales, waste and delivery data into one system.
Cutting Cost, Waste & Guesswork
ShiftIQ empowers UK quick-service restaurants, casual dining chains and franchise groups to reduce labour costs, minimise food waste and optimise shift performance through an AI-powered SaaS platform that unifies scheduling, staff performance, sales data, waste monitoring and aggregator analytics into one intelligent dashboard.
The OS for Modern Food Businesses
To become the operating system for modern food businesses across the UK, empowering every shift manager with AI-driven intelligence previously available only to enterprise chains, and transforming how hospitality operators manage labour, waste and performance in real time.
Built From a Real Operational Gap
ShiftIQ was not designed on a whiteboard. It grew out of the daily reality of running QSR shifts in the UK, where scheduling errors, wasted admin time and disconnected aggregator data quietly erode margin every single week, unnoticed until the numbers are already gone.

Meet the Founder
Tanmay Shambharkar
Tanmay Shambharkar has over three years of hands-on hospitality operations experience across the UK. As Store Manager at Fireaway Designer Pizza in Cambridge, he manages daily operations, staff scheduling, stock control, waste and aggregator performance. Previously, as Shift Manager at Domino's Pizza London, he supervised teams of up to 14 staff per shift, improved shift sales by 12%, and reduced inventory wastage to 2%. This direct exposure to scheduling and multi-channel sales inefficiencies is exactly what ShiftIQ was built to solve, designed by someone who has run the floor, not just studied it.
Built by Someone Who Ran the Floor
Tanmay has spent years managing daily operational workflows in high-pressure QSR environments, giving him direct insight into the scheduling errors, wasted admin time and disjointed reactive workflows that currently plague UK hospitality SMEs. This ensures ShiftIQ's roadmap is grounded in real operational problems, not theoretical AI concepts.
The AI-Powered Shift Intelligence Engine
ShiftIQ unifies and automates the fragmented management systems used by UK quick-service and casual dining restaurants, combining an AI-driven scheduling engine, real-time staff performance tracking, and multi-aggregator sales analytics into a single cloud-native, mobile-first dashboard.
Built for Every Type of Operator
QSR Franchise Operators
2–20 site pizza, chicken, burger and kebab chains and sub-franchise networks needing consistent labour efficiency across locations.
Casual Dining Chains
Mid-scale groups with 10–50 sites needing better shift performance visibility across dine-in, takeaway and delivery channels.
Independent Multi-Location Groups
Owner-operated groups with 3–15 sites needing a centralised dashboard without hiring dedicated analysts.
Ghost & Dark Kitchens
Delivery-only operators where 80%+ of revenue depends on aggregators, needing unified delivery analytics and demand-aligned staffing.
Hospitality Management Companies
Multi-brand operators across hotels, airports and retail sites needing standardised scheduling and centralised waste tracking.
Franchise Development Teams
Parent organisations needing objective, data-driven scoring to assess franchisee operational readiness before expansion.

Frequently Asked Questions
What exactly does ShiftIQ automate?
ShiftIQ automates AI-driven shift scheduling, real-time staff performance tracking, aggregator sales analytics, waste monitoring and compliance checklists, unifying data that's normally spread across 4–6 disconnected tools into one dashboard for shift managers.
Do I need to replace my existing POS or delivery platforms?
No. ShiftIQ is platform-agnostic, sitting above your existing stack: Deliveroo, Uber Eats, Just Eat, Square, Lightspeed, Epos Now, so you keep your current tools while gaining chain-level intelligence.
How is this different from standard rota software?
Most rota tools rely on manual inputs and static rules. ShiftIQ uses demand forecasting and a Shift-Level Correlation Engine that learns from every previous shift's outcomes, continuously improving scheduling accuracy, not just recording who worked when.
What results can I realistically expect?
The platform is designed to reduce labour cost inefficiency by 10–15% and avoidable food waste by 20–30%, with a typical 5-store operator reaching positive ROI within 2–3 months of onboarding.
Is ShiftIQ compliant with UK employment law?
Yes. The platform is built around National Living Wage requirements, age-based wage bands, holiday pay calculations and working time regulations, with automated, audit-ready compliance records.
How long does onboarding take?
Once your first POS and aggregator integration is connected, the configuration template is standardised, reducing onboarding for subsequent sites from weeks to hours.

Shift managers are alerted in real time when a required food-safety or allergen check has not been completed within the expected window.
Working Time & Wage Bands
Scheduling logic accounts for National Living Wage age bands, rest-break entitlements and working-time regulations when building rotas.
Audit-Ready Records
Compliance history is exportable for environmental health visits and internal audits, with a full timestamped record per site.
